Return Policy

RETURNS :All returns or exchange request must be made within 30 days. You must have a Return Authorization(RA) number before returning any merchandise to us. Any returns without a RMA number will be refused. Contact us for a return number RMA before sending the item back. Shipping is not refundable on returns. A 20% restocking fee will apply on all non-damaged items that are returned. All refunds will be reflected on customer accounts only once the item is received. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns and shipment mistakes also require a RMA number.

General Returns

Unopened Merchandise may be exchanged or refunded. “Unopened” means that the contents have not been removed from its packaging, and all factory seals are unbroken. Opened Merchandise Opened merchandise that can be returned to the manufacturer may be returned for a refund less a 30% restocking fee for all items, providing merchandise is returned in its original factory carton, undamaged with Styrofoam, warranty card, instruction manual and all included accessories. You will be charged extra for any missing or damaged items upon return. Certain products may have a restocking fee more than 20%. This may or may not be indicated on the product page. Shipping is non-refundable, and items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have outbound shipping fees deducted from the refund.

All returns are subject to inspection before refund is given. Shipping Costs are covered by if there is any problem with your order or the product is defective, and you allow us to repair or replace it. If you choose not to repair or replace the item it becomes a general return. General returns are subject to have the original shipping fees deducted from the refund.

Assembled items which are used All items without original factory box Defective Merchandise: If you receive an item that is defective, notify us of the problem to arrange for a repair, replacement or item exchange. is responsible for all shipping/return costs incurred when a product is defective.

EXCEPTIONS :Software, video games, Perfume and Cologne are not returnable or refundable due to the nature of these product.
